COLE ANTICIPATING LAMPARD RETURN
Ashley Cole has said that he is looking forward to the return of Frank Lampard. Currently, Chelsea are at the third spot, behind both, Arsenal and Manchester United and only one ahead of the fourth-placed Manchester City.
Lampard is currently back training with the team after his injury had ruled him out for a sustained period. Ashley Cole said that it would be great to have Lampard back into the side.
He added, “He’s a big player for Chelsea and England and it would be very nice for us and the fans to have him back. He’s a big influence in the way we play.”
Chelsea face AC Milan in their next fixture this weekend.
